Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via USPS, and typically take about 7 - 10 business days to arrive. This gives us time to get your products from our warehouse, individually check the product before and add any additional protective packaging as needed before we ship it do you.

All returns must be eligible and completed within 14 days of your purchase as mentioned below in the return and exchange policy section.

 

You are responsible for all shipping costs. ​Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

All returns must be eligible and completed within 14 days of your purchase.


Return eligibility must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached & intact.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 business days.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.

 

If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take several days for the credit to post to your account.
If you’ve done this and have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Sale items
Items that were previously on sale may not be refunded. Only items listed at regular price are eligible for refunds.
